Deeper Study – Level 2

The Deeper Study Level 2 (Level 2 syllabus) is for Introductory teachers studying for the higher level certificates and experienced practitioners who want to deepen their study.
Description: This series of six 3-hour sessions take you into a deeper study of the base asanas and learning the more advanced asanas and pranayama.
For those working towards higher certifications, a thorough study of the syllabus is included, and for everyone, self-study assignments are given.
The workshop style will offer a playful exploration and progression by all participants and includes teaching skills – the best way to bring awareness in self-study.
This series is open to all students with a minimum of 2 years of yoga practice. Your current practice must include a good understanding of the introductory poses (Level 1 syllabus) and include inversions. Experienced non-Iyengar yoga teachers are also welcome.
Take a few hours a month to work on yourself and elevate your body, mind and spirit.
